We just raised a $12M Series A to make Cercli even better for you

Today, we’re excited to announce that we’ve raised a $12M series A led by Picus Capital.

The round also saw participation from Knollwood Investment Advisory, RZM Investment, with existing investors Y Combinator, Afore Capital and Cotu Ventures all doubling down - alongside angel investors including Prabhakar Reddy from OpenFX, Jaime Arrieta from Buk, Marco Ogliengo and Francesco Scalambrino from Jet HR, Francesco Simoneschi from Truelayer, Mehdi Ghissassi from AI71 and Gerry Colyer from Clara - as we build the single platform for enterprises to manage their people, data and agents in the AI era.

Over the past 12 months, we achieved 10x revenue growth with customers ranging from startups to large multinational corporations, including Vision Bank, Backlite Media (part of Abu Dhabi listed Multiply Group), Global Climate Finance Centre, Huspy, Lean Technologies and Ziina. We have processed payroll distributions across 50 countries, totaling over $100 million in employee salaries in the past 12 months.

What this means for us and our customers

This funding accelerates three things that directly impact our customers:

1. Even faster product development –  Since the beginning of Cercli one of our main metrics was product velocity, now more than ever, we're doubling down on key areas of our existing product while bringing to the market new AI-native products that will save our customer teams hours every week on routine HR tasks.
2. Rock-solid reliability – We're investing in infrastructure and engineering talent from companies like Google, Meta, and Rippling to ensure the platform remains fast and secure. 
3. Expanded coverage – Whether our customers are hiring in new markets or existing ones, we're building out global payroll and compliance capabilities to ensure your team is paid accurately, compliantly, and on-time.
